A collection of photos from the NAIDOC Week 2015 celebrations at Woodberry Learning Centre.
About sixty adults and children marked the occasion by enjoying food cooked over the fire (started and kept going by Aboriginal Elder, Di Mills), eating Johnny cakes, creating some Aboriginal art with Sherie Newman and watching a performance by the Aboriginal dance group Wakakulang from Rutherford Technology High School, led by Michael Heitmeyer. It was a great day for all, and a wonderful way to strengthen community bonds.
